Do you feel like you’ve tried everything?

If you’re reading this, you’re probably exhausted, frustrated because nothing is working, and you just want to know that there’s a light at the end of this very sleep-deprived tunnel (there is).

Do any of these sound familiar?

  • No time to yourself during the day because naps are unpredictable or barely last 20 minutes

  • Evenings are stressful because your little one won’t settle to sleep

  • It feels like you barely sleep at night because your baby is up at all hours

  • You spend hours trying to settle little one from 4-5am every day but nothing gets them back to sleep

  • You want to make a change but you don’t know where to start or why nothing is working

If this is you, you’re not alone. Better sleep is possible and you’ve come to the right place.

Whether you're co-sleeping, contact napping, or ready for a cot routine, I provide guidance tailored to your baby that helps you move towards calmer nights and more settled sleep with confidence.

Hi, I’m Katherine - a mum of two and a qualified sleep consultant

Before I had children, sleep was the thing I worried about most. I love sleep, and I’d heard that babies aren’t so great at it.

My first daughter wasn't a perfect sleeper - we had our fair share of reflux, and regressions that seemed to go on forever - but it was manageable.

My second was a very different story. I really struggled with the endless failed naps, tearful bedtimes, constant night wakes, second-guessing and running on zero sleep while trying to parent a toddler.

Several times I looked for a sleep consultant but never took the first step because it felt like doing that meant I’d failed. I thought I should be able to figure it out on my own and that maybe, just maybe the next night would be better.

Knowing what I know now, I wish I’d had someone to take the pressure off and help me make sense of her sleep sooner. Having support would have been a huge relief and saved me months of struggling.

If you’re trying to survive sleep-deprivation and feeling the same, I really hope you take the first step because I’d love to help. Just click the button below to get started.

“The results have been great - fewer night wakes, baby happy at bedtime/nap times, everyone gets a lot more rest. Having felt a little apprehensive about working with a sleep consultant (we didn't with our first baby), I'm really glad we found Katherine and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.”

My approach

I trained as a sleep consultant to help parents like you (and me) improve sleep in a way that fits your little one, with support that feels reassuring and realistic. I believe sleep can be improved in a gradual way that allows you to respond to your baby.

My approach is friendly, empathetic and supportive, focused on creating a space for you to take the weight off and feel more confident about your child’s sleep.

You know your child better than anyone and my collaborative style combines your parental expertise with my sleep knowledge to guide the process at every step. I work with you to create a plan that feels right for your family, shaped around your child’s temperament, age and individual needs.

Every child is different, so my 1:1 plans will always be unique to them. I know that family life is busy and rarely goes to plan, so I'll never hand you a rigid approach and expect you to follow it perfectly - any plan we create together will be built around your real life, with the flexibility to adjust as you go.

If you're ready for support that feels personal, realistic and genuinely understanding, I'd love to help.
