My approach

Hi, I'm Katherine - a mum of two and a qualified sleep consultant.

I've been through very different sleep experiences with my own girls - one could sleep anywhere and the other was queen of the cat nap - so I know how unique each child can be and how frustrating it is when sleep just isn’t happening. I've spent plenty of nights Googling at 3am wondering what I was doing wrong.

I trained as a sleep consultant so that I can help parents like you (and me) improve sleep in a way that fits your little one, with support that feels reassuring and realistic. I work with you to create a plan that feels right for your family, shaped around your child’s temperament, age and individual needs.

I offer a free 15-minute introductory call so we can talk through your sleep challenges, answer any questions and make sure we’re a good fit for one another.

Diary analysis

Step 1: A detailed review of your child’s routine so I can understand what’s influencing their sleep and tailor my advice to their individual needs.

Video consultation

Step 2: A friendly, in-depth conversation to discuss my observations and set a realistic path to achieving your goals.

Personal sleep plan

Step 3: A step-by-step plan built around your little one, with clear and practical steps so you can confidently support them towards better sleep.

Step 4: Continued guidance in your pocket to answer questions, adjust the plan if needed, and support you through any bumps along the way.
